The AFP Summit will be held November 17-19, 2011 at the Gaylord National Harbor just outside of Washington, DC.  Conference fees include all materials, workshops, evening reception and some meals.  The registration does not include hotel or transportation.

Conference Fees:

Regular (August 1- October 24):    $299

Late (after October 25):                  $359

Reduced Rate:  For people with disabilities, family members of people with disabilities who do not work in the disability field, direct support professionals and students (students will be asked to provide a current student ID), AFP offers a $100 discount on all fees:

Regular (August 1 - October 24): $199

Late (after October 25):                $259

Personal assistants:  Personal assistants providing direct support to an attendee will receive complimentary registration.

Stipends:  AFP has a limited number of stipends available for self advocates and family members to participate in the Summit.  Download a Stipend Application.

Group Fee:   AFP will offer a group fee of $250/per registrant for groups of six or more registering at the same time, from the same organization.  Note:  if registering a group, registration and payment must be made before October 24th.
